“The Mountaintop” Offering Special Discounted ($30) Tickets For Under-30 Patrons For One Day Only!

"The Mountaintop" Offering Special Discounted ($30) Tickets For Under-30 Patrons For One Day Only!

If you haven’t yet seen Katori Hall’s Olivier Award-winning, critically-acclaimed The Mountaintop on Broadway, which stars Samuel L. Jackson and Angela Bassett, and you’d like to see it but maybe can’t afford to pay the price of admission, AND you’re under 30 years old, AND you’re available on December 7th at 8PM… you’ll be glad to know that, thanks to a special initiative from Playbill and NY1, for one night only, you’ll be able to see the play for just $30.

That’s right, $30. Regular ticket prices range from $76.50 for mezzanine seating to over $300 for premium seats. So, $30 sounds like a bargain, doesn’t it?

We are sponsoring this special event because we felt it would give us the opportunity to bring this award-winning play to the audience of tomorrow… We feel it is of great importance to make our younger theater patrons feel they have access to affordable seating,” said Jean Doumanian and Sonia Friedman, the play’s producers.

So, if you fit the under-30 criteria, and you are available on the day and time, you can purchase your $30 tickets in person at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, 242 W. 45th St. (between Broadway and 8th Ave.).

Proof of age is required upon purchase, of course.

By the way, after the show, the play’s cast may stay for a special talkback.
