The Oscars arrive this weekend and just after those festivities wrap, we’ll be heading straight into blockbuster season with months of studio big screen spectacles hoping dazzle your eyes and wallet. Here’s a few more snaps of movies headed to the multiplex.

First up, Will Smith and Josh Brolin get their ’60s vibe on in “Men In Black III.” These scans from Empire (via Collider) show these well tailored gentlemen doing their alien hunting thing. The expensive, production troubled, 3D movie features a time travel plotline that sees Agent J traveling back in time and teaming up with younger version of his regular partner played by Tommy Lee Jones. Then they have to save the world or something. “Men In Black III” opens on May 25th.

Next up, Jeremy Renner ruins the soles of his shoes in a new pic from “The Bourne Legacy,” once again from the pages of Empire (via Comic Book Movie). This reboot (of sorts) will still leave the door open for Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass to return to the franchise (but will Universal want them to?), instead centering on a different program (Outcome) and different agent (Aaron Cross). The first trailer was certainly promising and definitely left us itching to see more. If anything, we’ll just be glad to see Renner actually kicking ass here instead of just standing around like he did “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol.” “The Bourne Legacy” hits on August 3rd.

Finally, here’s another look at our next action here — Rihanna — in “Battleship” courtesy of The Geek Files. It’s a movie based on a board game starring Rihanna. That should tell you everything you need to know about this. In a related note, this goes out to the singer: teaming with Chris Brown on some remixes? Really? After the horror he put you through, what kind of message is this sending to your fans (particularly young girls)? You’re giving that cretin more validation that he deserves. Bummer. Anyway, “Battleship: The Dark Of The Sea” opens on May 18th.
