If it seems that we’ve been doing A LOT of TV casting news on S & A lately that’s because this is the time of year, during late winter/early spring, when the networks and production companies are busy shooting pilots for new TV shows hoping that they will be picked up for series.
So here’s some more casting news…
Actress Nika Williams (Castle, Modern Family, NCIS and whole bunch of other TV shows) has joined the CBS’ half-hour pilot Partners, which is a multi-camera comedy, from Will & Grace creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan.
The show revolves around two lifelong friends and business partners — architects Charlie (played by David Krumholtz), who is straight, and Louis (played by Michael Urie), who is gay.
Also on the show will be Sophia Bush who co-stars as Charlie’s fiance, and Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) as Louis’ partner.
