“White Creek”
Tweetable Logline:
“White Creek” is a multi-genre, multi-universe film about one family trying to survive modern feudalism.
Elevator Pitch:
“White Creek” is the first film of three that attempts to tackle the idea of what humanity might look like stretched over into other parallel universes. The heart of the story is a family struggling to stay together, but in this universe the catalyst for change is a modern feudal system. Imagine a world where the very few have almost everything, and you are forced to work off a mountain of debt that you may never actually pay back. In this universe, the industrial age came and went, leaving the very powerful with all the energy.

About the Production:
“I’ve always been obsessed with quantum physics and quantum theories. I’ve also been dying to make a film that was a mix of all genres, horror, sci-fi, thriller, mystery. “White Creek” is a perfect storm of all of these. It is also being shot over the course of a year with the seasons being a huge contributor to the look and feel of the film. I also hope to make this the first in a trilogy that explores some of the basic human characteristics, greed, love, and exploration.” – John W. Yost
