Rubenstein Communications has hired Joe Libonati as Senior Vice President of the company. He will report directly to Susie Arons, Executive Vice President and head of the firm’s corporate entertainment practice, which includes MGM, MRC, Uncommon Content Partners,Fox TV, New Regency and SONY/ATV as clients.
A 20-year veteran, Libonati “will be a terrific addition to the great corporate entertainment communications practice we’ve built under Susie Arons,” said president Steven Rubenstein.
In his last role, Libonati headed the New York office of Principal Communications Group, managing the firm’s work for YouTube Original Channels, USA Network, Machinima and production company Prospect Park. Prior to that, he spent five years at ID-PR, representing clients such as Ellen DeGeneres, Matt LeBlanc and John Wells Productions, before moving on to work at NBCUniversal for seven years.
