Season two of HBO's "Girls," from creator-writer-director wunderkind Lena Dunham, premieres January 13. The new season's poster has landed, as have some deleted scenes from season one. Watch as Dunham's Hannah Horvath faces humiliation at her local cupcakery, and gets schooled in respect for menial jobs.

A "Girls" soundtrack album is in the works. It will be released by Fueled by Ramen, and includes music from fun., Fleet Foxes, Robyn (whose "Dancing on My Own" was featured in a key scene early in Season 1), Sleighbells and Santigold.

You can also check out Dunham's 60-page book proposal, which led to a staggering $3.7 million deal with Random House in October.
