The 63rd Berlin International Film Festival has added nine more films to its competition lineup, including one shocker of an addition: a new feature from “This Is Not a Film” director Jafar Panahi, who remains under house arrest in Iran. The film, titled “Closed Curtain,” is co-directed by “Cafe Transit” helmer Kambozia Partov and will make its world premiere at the festival, which runs Feb. 7-17.
