Here’s your first look at the trailer for the just-completed indie feature film Lady Luck, which has an unusual credit… to its credit.
Starring Irma P. Hall, Don Battèe, Zonya Maraet, La Tricia L. Cleveland, Swisyzinna and D. Ellis, the film was written by Clifton McCurry, Jonathan White and Tricia Woodgett.
But what makes it unusual is that three directors are credited for the film, including Mr. McCurry, Ms. Woodgett but also the singularly named Jirard.
No doubt, because of the storyline of the film, which involves three separate stories that are somehow intertwined, each director handled one of the plot threads.
According the synopsis the film deals with “three strangers are drawn together under one roof.
Gabriele is running from a cheating, egotistical, soon-to-be ex-husband while
finding a renewed sense of love in Dr. Perry. Monique is attempting to hide her
perceived personal failures and aggressive health condition from her family.
Stella is running from Stella and who she could become if she would only allow
herself to change for the better. Lady Luck is an inspirational story of faith,
perseverance, and moving on”.
