The artful poster features Whitaker gazing out the window of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, white-gloved hands folded behind him, overlooking a sea of protesters. With a cast featuring some of the most critically acclaimed actors in Hollywood and directed by Lee Daniels (of “Precious” fame), the historical drama is sure to garner attention during awards season. “The Butler” hits theaters August 16.
