25% Refundable Film Production Tax Credit on direct and post production
expenditures subject to state taxation for projects intended for
commercial exploitation and exhibition. In addition, an innovative
on-the-job training opportuntiy is also available entitled the Film Crew
Advancement Program: receive a 50% reimbursement of the hourly wages
from qualifying, below-the-line resident crew, which is in addition to
the 25% tax credit.
