Watch: Billy Corben Revisits 'Cocaine Cowboys' Territory With His New '30 for 30' Short 'Collision Course'

“Collision Course,” the film below, is the latest “30 for 30” short documentary to have its premiere online. The doc comes from Billy Corben, who in addition to having made two feature-length “30 for 30” films for ESPN, “Broke” and “The U,” also directed “Cocaine Cowboys” and “Limelight.”

“Collision Course” focuses on a story that comes across as an extension of the one Corben assembled in “Cocaine Cowboys” and its sequel. It’s about Don Aronow, builder of cigarette boats that became world famous and an important component of the racing world as well as the illicit one of drug running, a fact that lead to his murder.
