Crackle Orders a Third Season of Original Series 'Chosen' Before the Premiere of Season Two

The multimedia platform Crackle has announced that they’ve greenlit a third season of their original drama “Chosen” ahead of the premiere of its second season, which will go live in its six-episode entirety tomorrow, December 12.

Production on the third season will begin on December 17 in Los Angeles. Executive producer and star Milo Ventimiglia will return, alongside series creators Ben Ketai (“Beneath,” “30 Days of Night: Dark Days”) and Ryan Lewis (“High School,” “Fat Kid Rules the World”) of Dissident Pictures. “Chosen” is written by Evan Charnov (“Lost Boys: The Thirst”) and Ketai.

“Chosen” season two stars Ventimiglia (“Heroes”), Chad Michael Murray (“One Tree Hill”), Nicky Whelan (“Hall Pass”), Brandon Routh (“Superman Returns”), Sarah Roemer (“Disturbia”) and Brett Davern (“Awkward”).

The psychological thriller centers on Ian Mitchell (Ventimiglia) and his family, and as proven for Crackle that fans view almost all episodes in chronological order.
