The Sundance Institute today added two new films to its 2014 Sundance Film Festival lineup: Zach Braff’s partly Kickstarter funded sophomore feature “Wish I Was Here” and a 20th anniversary screening of Kevin Smith’s classic comedy “Clerks.” “Clerks” joins the previously announced From the Collection screening of Steve James’ documentary “Hoop Dreams.”
With the addition of Braff’s long anticipated follow-up to “Garden State,” now set to screen in the Premieres section, the festival will present a total of 119 feature-length films. The drama centers on Aidan Bloom (Braff), a 35-year-old struggling actor, father and husband, trying to find purpose in life. Kate Hudson and Josh Gad co-star.
