Made for television premieres aren’t completely unheard of for Berlin — a remastered “Berlin Alexanderplatz” screened at the festival in 2007. But it’s certainly another touch of prestige for “House of Cards,” which stars Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright and counts among its executive producers David Fincher. Season two of the series will begin with the Underwoods coming up against threats that cause their plans to falter, with Claire (Wright) also finding herself having to face a trauma from her past.
