'A Haunted House 2' Gets A 'Facebook Year In Review'-Style Red-band Trailer + New Clip, 2 New Posters
Those who took advantage of Facebook’s Year in Review feature that highlights the top 30 moments and life events from users’ Facebook friends, will recognize the style implement in the below new trailer for A Haunted House 2, the sequel to the Marlon Wayans hit 2013 horror comedy, which is due in theaters April 18, 2014.
Directed by Michel Tiddes and produced by Rick Alvarez and Marlon Wayans, the sequel will follow Malcolm (Wayans) as he gets a fresh start – after performing an exorcism on his ex-girlfriend – with a new girlfriend and her two children.
Here’s the full synopsis:
Crossing new lines and breaking old barriers, A HAUNTED HOUSE 2 is the sequel to the hilarious box-office hit starring Marlon Wayans as Malcolm who, after exorcising the demons of his ex, is starting fresh with his new girlfriend and her two children. After moving into their dream home, Malcolm is once again plagued by bizarre paranormal events. With spine-tingling tension and hilarious punch-lines A HAUNTED HOUSE 2 is inspired by the latest supernatural horror movie franchises and shows that this time… it’s not just the house that’s haunted!
The comedy also stars Cedric The Entertainer, Jaime Pressly, Essence Atkins, Affion Crocket, Gabriel Iglesias, Ashley Rickards, Steele Stebbins, Dave Sheridan, Hayes MacArthur and Missi Pyle.
