As we noted earlier this week with an excitement that was clearly not unusual, Kate Bush announced her first concerts in 35 years! Originally 15 shows, it was quickly expanded to 22, and this morning: ALL OF THEM sold out in less than 15 minutes.
“I’m completely overwhelmed by the response to the shows,” Kate Bush said in a statement today. “Thank you so much to everyone. Looking forward to seeing you all later this year”.
Don’t give up, babooshkas. Even though people were clearly running up that hill to the wuthering heights of the sensual world of Ticketmaster, the hounds of love could still come in the form of cloudbusting scalpers (apologies for that).
