Will Lennon, a filmmaker and a producer of the Cinema Eye Awards, has crafted a documentary short about Phoebe, a 10-year-old celebrating her birthday. The three-minute video takes us through a full day’s worth of activities. “Phoebe’s Birthday Cheeseburger” just had its premiere at the SXSW Film Festival, where it will screen for a second time this afternoon as part of the Documentary Shorts Competition.
