Here’s what “The Quiet Ones” has going for it…a creepy trailer. What it doesn’t have going for it is a first four months of the year almost completely devoid of any successful horror film, plus what’s with the title? Feels a bit Amish to me. Character actor Jared Harris plays a sinister college professor who, along with his students, conducts a series of human experiments that perhaps wasn’t on the original syllabus he submitted to the University.
