TV Series Based On 'The Truman Show' In Development At Paramount

Because we don’t already live in a world where reality TV makes voyeurs of us all, as we watch people who know we are watching them, Paramount TV has decided to kick things up a notch. Buried in a piece at The Wrap about the studio’s executive television team was this little nugget: “[Paramount] is developing a drama series inspired by Caleb Carr’s novel ‘The Alienist,’ a limited series based on A. Scott Berg’s biography of Charles Lindbergh, as well as series inspired by ‘Terminator‘ and ‘The Truman Show.’ “

But hey, as “Lost” proved, you can keep building a mystery even if you have no idea how it’s going to pay off.

So another movie-to-TV-show to keep on your radar, and you might want to make sure there aren’t any weird cameras in your house…. [via Slashfilm]
