Fox announced today that the kiddies will have to wait another year for their Alvin fix as they moved “Alvin & The Chipmunks 4” from next Christmas to December 16, 2016. The franchise remains a money maker for the company with the last Alvin offering, “Chipwrecked”, tallying $133 million domestic and $342 million worldwide.
