The film stars Paul Rudd, a Wain regular (“Wanderlust” and “Party Down”), as a big time executive who falls for Amy Poehler’s character, the owner of a candy shop Rudd tries shutting down. In this clip we see Rudd bro-ing out and playing basketball with some guys. The men talk about love and “30 Rock’s” Jack McBrayer is around to say silly things like this: “[Love] is like a summer breeze. You can’t see it, but you can feel it.”
“They Came Together” was written by Michael Showalter of “Wet Hot American Summer and “The State.” Cobie Smulders, Max Greenfield, Billl Hader, Ed Helms, and Melanie Lynskey make up the all-star cast.
