Sony has dropped a trailer for the legal drama “Sequestered” — a new digital series that will debut its first six episodes on Crackle.com next month.
“Sequestered” centers on a bright young defense attorney, played by “Bring It On” hunk Jesse Bradford, who stumbles upon an intricate political conspiracy while representing the murderer of a governor’s eight-year-old son. Fan favorite Summer Glau, of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” and “Firefly,” and “Rules of Engagement”‘s Patrick Warburton.
Perhaps taking a cue from Hitchcock, the trailer below establishes a tense atmosphere for the show, with only brief suggestions of violence.
Season 1 of “Sequestered” contains 12 episodes, the first six of which will become available on the Crackle site on August 5. The final six episodes premiere on October 14.
