Image Entertainment Pays $3.5 Million for 'The Cobbler' Starring Adam Sandler

Directed by Oscar-nominated Thomas McCarthy, whose previous films include "The Station Agent," "Win Win" and "The Visitor," "The Cobbler" focuses on a cobbler who steps into his father’s shoes (so to speak) and finds that an old sewing machine has magical powers. The comedy also stars Method Man, Dustin Hoffman and Steve Buscemi.
