SundanceNow Doc Club is celebrating the month of September with a new program entitled “Documentary Essentials.” Curated by documentary guru Thom Powers, the collection features seven genre classics available to stream, including “The Thing Blue Line,” “Stop Making Sense,” “Sherman’s March,” “Let’s Get Lost,” “Atomic Cafe,” “Brother’s Keeper” and a newly remastered HD version of Steve James’ “Hoop Dreams” that is currently not available for streaming elsewhere.

A streaming video service for documentary lovers, SundanceNow Doc Club provides a place to watch quality documentaries, free of advertising interruptions. The streaming platform also premieres a select number of new documentaries annually, as day-and-date releases, both online and in select theaters.
