The Orchard Acquires U.S Rights to Fashion Documentary 'Dior and I'

Following a much-hyped about premiere at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, “Dior and I,” a documentary film that looks at the ins and outs of the world famous fashion house, has been acquired for U.S. distribution by The Orchard

Directed by Frédéric Tcheng, who is most known for co-writing and co-directing “Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel,” a film about fashion legacy Diana Vreeland, “Dior and I” is both an exploration of the renowned brand and a behind the scenes look at the work of Dior’s current creative director Raf Simmons.

“I am extremely excited to be working with the Orchard on bringing the film to its North American audience,” said director Frédéric Tcheng. “They clearly have a passion for and understanding of the film that will translate to a successful roll-out.” 

The Orchard will release “Dior and I” in the U.S. and Canada sometime in 2015.
