Flynn Boyle was only 20(!) in 1991, when the show premiered. Said the actress in the throwback interview: “It has a lot of different things going on. It’s not all one attitude. It has a lot of different sides.”

MacLachlan, who had already collaborated with David Lynch on “Blue Velvet,” told ET that “I knew David was working in conjunction with Mark Frost, writing something that was unusual television[…]’Blue Velvet’ wasn’t something you could show in its entirety on television. This is.”

For the 2016 reboot, Frost and Lynch will write and produce all 9 episodes, and Lynch will direct each one.
