Since the show’s premiere in 2011, "Game of Thrones" Halloween costumes have been a hot item among fans, and last night on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," George R.R. Martin was lured into judging (albeit via photos only) some of his fans’ creations.
As it turns out, Martin is quite critical of people dressing up as his characters. Of a couple dressed as Melisandre and Stannis, Martin said, "That’s pretty cool. Though they probably could have set the background on fire or something."
