At a special screening of “Island of Lemurs: Madagascar” hosted by the International Documentary Association (IDA), director David Douglas and producer Drew Fellman sat down for a Q&A with Matt Holzman of KCRW to discuss everything from the importance of the film’s messages to the daunting IMAX filmmaking process.
Released in early April and narrated by Morgan Freeman, “Lemurs” is a breathtaking look at an evolving group of endangered lemurs on Madagascar and the courageous efforts of Dr. Patricia Wright to help protect these strange and adorable creatures.
