Watch: Christmas Music Addicts Get You in the Spirit in 'Jingle Bell Rocks!' Clip

A new clip from Mitchell Kezin’s Christmas music documentary “Jingle Bell Rocks!” has arrived just in time to  set the mood for the Holiday Season.

Featuring a diverse lineup of subjects, including The Flaming Lips, Run DMC and John Waters, “Jingle Bell Rocks!” is a deep dive into the world of underground Christmas music, where titles such as “Close Your Mouth (It’s Christmas)” and “Santa Clause Was A Black Man” replace more traditional fare like “Silent Night” and “Baby It’s Cold Outside.” Equal parts social history, pop culture examination and revealing character study, “Jingle Bell Rocks!” confronts the Christmas music mainstream, reinventing the seasonal soundtrack for the 21st century.
