"Dark Summer" centers on a not-so-innocent teenage boy who gets put on house arrest after cyber-stalking a girl at his school. When his mother goes out of town, leaving him home alone, strange things start to happen around the house.
The release of Paul Solet’s sophomore feature film comes nearly five years after the Sundance premiere of his directorial debut "Grace," which was also a horror film. In this exclusive behind-the-scenes clip, Solet explains what attracted him to the script and how he came up with the specific "look" of the film.
"Dark Summer" opens in theaters and on VOD this Friday, January 9.
