Though best known for her zany SNL characters and her blockbuster comedy “Bridesmaids,” Kristen Wiig has been steadily showing her serious side for the past few years, with starring roles in dramedies “The Skeleton Twins” and “Girl Most Likely.” (Plus, in case you doubted that this woman can do pretty much anything, that was Wiig in Sia’s Grammy’s performance). Her newest project, “Welcome To Me,” (produced by comedy superstars Will Ferrell and Adam McKay) is about Alice Krieg, a woman with borderline personality disorder who wins the lottery and buys herself a talk show.
The poster, which originally ran on Vanity Fair’s website, shows Alice in a serene lake, holding a parasol and looking at a swan, like she’s in a painting. Then there’s the sunglasses, fanny pack and boom mic. Classic meets crazy.
