Watch: 'Saved By the Bell' Cast Reunites for 8-Minute Sketch on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon'

Jimmy Fallon has often mentioned his desire to reunite the cast of beloved sitcom “Saved by the Bell,” and on Wednesday’s “Tonight Show,” he finally made it happen.

Fallon joined stars of the TV show, all appearing as their old characters, for an eight minute sketch. Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen), A.C. Slater (Mario Lopez) Jessie Spano (Elizabeth Berkley) and Mr. Belding (Dennis Haskins) all showed up. Many of them haven’t aged a day, though they did look a bit strange in their familiar ’90s costumes.

Fallon, playing a younger version of himself, enrolls at Bayside High School where he meets up with the cast members. They reenact favorite moments from the series, including Jesse’s “I’m so excited!” exclamation, Slater’s ballet expertise, and the Zack Attack anthem “Friends Forever.”

Notably absent were former cast members Lisa Turtle (Lark Voorhies) and Screech (Dustin Diamond). Diamond has faced legal troubles in recent years, after being arrested and accused of stabbing someone in a bar; this could account for his nonattendance. But don’t let that damper your enthusiasm! Check out the fun video below.
