Instead, imagine much lower levels of exposure, inflicted over generations and affecting every person on the planet. The result: Rising rates of everything from cancer to autism to infertility. That’s the premise behind the documentary “The Human Experiment,” which was executive-produced and narrated by Sean Penn.
