The funny, heartwarming trailer for “I’ll See You In My
Dreams” stars Blythe Danner as Carol, a widow who finds her way out of a
depression after the death of her dog. It’s described by the official synopsis
as, “A gently humorous and deeply touching look at life, loss, and love
that bridges generations.”
The film was an official selection in the 2015 Sundance Film
Festival and was picked up for distribution by Bleecker Street. In addition to
Danner, the cast includes Martin Starr, June
Squibb, Rhea Perlman, Mary Kay Place, Malin Akerman and Sam Elliott. The
screenplay was written by Brett Haley and Marc Basch.
“I’ll See You In My Dreams” opens in select
