Watch: 'Being Fresh is More Important than Having Money' for Kanye West in 'Fresh Dressed' Trailer

Directed by Sacha Jenkins, “Fresh Dressed” chronicles the complex and fascinating relationship between fashion and hip-hop. In the documentary, Jenkins incorporates interviews from the 70s through the present day that feature major fashion and musical icons, including Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Nasir Jones, Dapper Dan, Big Daddy Kane, Riccardo Tisci and André Leon Talley.
In the trailer, we see many of these industry faces share personal stories about how hip-hop influenced their senses of style and why fashion is important to them. We’re also offered a pretty cool glimpse of the evolution of style, and what caused these two industries to blend together.
“Fresh Dressed” is available in theaters and on demand on June 26.
