James Corden brought a different kind of intimacy to Monday’s “Late Late Show” when he introduced a new game called “Nuzzle Waaa?” The rules of this game are simple: Contestants wear a blindfold while nuzzling a mysterious object brought out by Reggie Watts, the band leader. Using the sense of touch, smell and even taste, they must identify the mystery object before time runs out.

Check out the clip above to see Nick Offerman (“Parks and Recreation”) puckering his lips at a snake, and Ellie Kemper (“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”) ferociously attacking a giant gummy bear with her entire face. For the final round, Watts brings out a sumo wrestler whom Thomas Middleditch (“Silicon Valley”) triumphantly declares to be a “human man” while Kemper shrieks upon contact with the wrestler’s nipples. Corden, who replaced Craig Ferguson as “Late Late” host this past March, is the only contestant to venture “below the belt” in his determination to win.
