‘I Am Cait’ Debuts To 2.7 Million Viewers

'I Am Cait' Debuts To 2.7 Million Viewers

Caitlin Jenner’s highly anticipated, very well reviewed reality series “I Am Cait” debuted on Sunday to somewhat underwhelming numbers.

The E! Network series took in 2.73 million viewers — which is just 7% more than the latest season debut of its daughter series “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” took in. It was also down about 6% from the episode of that series from May 17th which introduced Jenner’s transformation (which was notably a 3 year high for “The Kardashians”).

Still, its 1.2 rating in the 18-49 demo (highly coveted among advertisers) tied a “Family Guy” repeat as the highest rated cable show that night in the demographic, which remains promising.

The eight part series continues next week, and is absolutely worth watching so do tune in!
