Newcomers Jaz Sinclair and Justice Smith are actors to watch; Sinclair will appear in Screen Gems’ psychological thriller “When the Bough Breaks,” in which she’ll co-star with Regina Hall and Morris Chestnut; and Smith plays one of the leads in Netflix’s upcoming period musical drama, “The Get Down.”
Both of them will next appear together in co-starring roles, in the upcoming film adaptation of “Paper Towns,” a novel that tells the story of a teenager who embarks on a miraculous journey to find a friend who has gone missing.
The story centers on Quentin and his enigmatic neighbor Margo, who loved mysteries so much she became one. After taking him on an all-night adventure through their hometown, Margo suddenly disappears – leaving behind cryptic clues for Quentin to decipher. The search leads Quentin and his quick-witted friends on an adventure to track down Margo.
Sinclair and Justice play Quentin’s quick-witted friends.
Both actors join Nat Wolff and Cara Delevingne, who are starring in the Temple Hill Entertainment coming of age drama, which is directed by Jake Schreier, from a script penned by Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber, with a July 24, 2015 release date set, courtesy of Fox.
