One only has to look at the second prison break by Mexico’s notorious drug kingpin El Chapo to witness the fascination the public continues to have with underworld figures. Of course, it helps that El Chapo knows how to engage with the spotlight. And it’s that quality that also surrounding Pablo Escobar, and his story is being brought to screens around the world with Netflix‘s “Narcos” and the first full length trailer has landed.
Wagner Moura (“Elite Squad,” “Elysium“) takes the lead role in the ten episode series directed by José Padilha (“Elite Squad,” “Robocop“) that tells the life story of the famed drug slinger, and centers on two DEA agents tasked with bringing him down. Here’s the official synopsis:
