It looks like Adrian Grenier is putting Vinny Chase on hold and entering a more dramatic role after “Entourage” in Ally Walker’s family dramedy, “Sex, Death and Bowling.”
The film tells the story of Eli McAllister (Joshua Rush), an 11-year-old hero with one big dream: to win the Fiesta Cup bowling tournament. When his father and bowling partner fall terminally ill, he must find another teammate to help him achieve his goal. Eli finds a new partner through Sean (Adrian Grenier), his famous fashion designer uncle who comes to visit his brother, Eli’s father, after years of estrangement. As Sean revisits his hometown, he confronts old wounds, new relationships and ultimately hope and positivity through Eli.
“Sex, Death and Bowling” is set for theatrical release in late October/early November.
