Attention, Filmmakers: Get More Royalty-Free Songs on YouTube

YouTube has announced that it is expanding the YouTube Audio Library, which will include more than a thousand new, royalty-free tracks from top musicians around the world.

These tracks will be available as 320 Kbps MP3 files and will include tracks from top musicians, including royalty-free track producer Kevin MacLeod, composer, producer and engineer Jason Shaw and Chris Zabriskie, whose tracks have been used by hundreds of organizations like the BBC, NPR, Adidas and more.

The YouTube Audio Library offers creators thousands of free songs, background music and sound effects and allows access to millions of copyright-protected songs from top YouTube musicians. According to YouTube, the top five most popular tracks used by creators from the YouTube Audio Library include The Creek by Topher Mohr and Alex Elena, Mr. Pink by Topher Mohr and Alex Elena, Good Starts by Jingle Punks, Dub Zap by Gunnar Olsen and Sound Off by Jingle Punks.
