TIFF Adds Gaspar Noe's 'Love,' Jeremy Saulnier's 'Green Room,' And Much More

For anyone headed to the Toronto International Film Festival next month, time to start rewriting your wishlist of must-see films. Organizers have dropped their Midnight Madness, Vanguard, Masters Of Cinema, and Documentary lineups and there is some great stuff to be found.

While there are no earth shattering World Premieres, programmers have snared an impressive list of North American bows. Gaspar Noe‘s notorious “Love,” Jeremy Saulnier‘s punk rock neo-Nazi thriller “Green Room,” Hou Hsiao-hsien‘s Palme d’Or winning “The Assassin,” and Apichatpong Weerasethakul‘s “Cemetery Of Splendour” are among the highlights, with even more from Wim Wenders, Jafar Panahi, Hirokazu Kore-eda, Hong Sang-soo, and other international auteurs rounding things out.
