Watch Dustin Lance Black's Coca-Cola Produced Short Film About Two Teen Boys In Love

Dustin Lance Black has written and directed short film/Coke advertisement called “The Text” — and it takes on bullying via the story of two gay teens in love.

Coca-Cola asked Black to direct three shorts for their company to air in Latin America markets "that challenge young people to choose compassion over bullying." Black told AdWeek that "one of the campaigns was specifically aimed at the LGBT community.” He wanted to show “a crossroads moment where you’ve got to make a decision: Are you going to go the way of kindness, or are you going to go for the easy joke when someone’s having a tough time?”
