Search Engine and Honora Acquire TIFF Taliban Thriller 'Kilo Two Bravo'

Ahead of its North American premiere at the Toronto
Independent Film Festival, Search Engine and Honora have acquired North
American rights to “Kilo Two Bravo.” The
film will be released in the U.S. on VOD November 10 and in theaters November 13. It is currently available for pre-order on iTunes.

The official press release reads: “‘Kilo Two Bravo,’ until recently
known as ‘Kajaki The True Story,’
is directed by Paul Katis and produced by Katis and Andrew De Lotbiniere.
The BAFTA-nominated war story is an excruciatingly tense
thriller that tells the true story of a platoon who set out to disable a
Taliban roadblock. On nearing the insurgents, one of the soldiers triggers a
land mine setting into motion a desperate rescue mission.”

The 40th Toronto International Film Festival runs from September 10-20.
