U.S.-China Film Summit Announced

The sixth annual U.S.-China Film Summit, which has found a new home at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, is set to take place on November 5th, 2015 — uniting Hollywood power players and Chinese film industry leaders to discuss business collaborations and market trends in the international entertainment community.

The summit will also host distinguished guests, including acclaimed Chinese director Zhang Yimou, with panel discussions touching on a broad range of topics, such as China’s investment in Hollywood, new avenues and models for future U.S.-China collaborations, cutting edge digital technologies, and cross-border film production.

“At a time of extraordinary change in film and entertainment, Asia Society’s U.S.-China Film Summit focuses on a vital constant: the deepening collaboration between Hollywood and China,” said Josette Sheeran, CEO and President of Summit host Asia Society Southern California, in a statement.
