The task of constantly creating new television shows, film concepts and commercial pitches may seem impossibly daunting to most. Showrunner Daniel Oron doesn’t see it that way; “The best advice I was given was ‘try and bring us something that rocks our boat, but makes us comfy.'” Of course, as Oron points out, “independent filmmakers are always looking for the next big thing. Newsflash, there is no next big thing. There’s just a new rendition of the big thing that we saw 105,000 years ago.”
