Charlie Kaufman and Duke Johnson sat down with DP/30 for a lengthy conversation about the film, their working relationship and much more. As for the film, it features the voices of David Thewlis and Jennifer Jason Leigh, and tells the the tragicomic story of an author who flies to Cincinnati to deliver a keynote speech to the customer service industry, but finds himself stricken by loneliness and exasperated by various human encounters.
