Watch: Honest Trailer For 'Ant-Man,' The Best Micro Movie Since 'Honey, I Shrunk The Kids'

It’s getting a sequel, fans and critics both really liked it, Marvel showed that it can make anything a success these days, and yet “Ant-Man” is not without its flaws. That’s where Honest Trailers steps in, as always snidely dissecting the superhero flick.

Perhaps the most salient point made in the trailer is that “Ant-Man” essentially has the same premise as “Iron Man,” and even replicates a couple of shots, showing that Marvel will stick to certain formulaic template as long as they keep working. Otherwise, the complaints are minor, such as Hank Pym’s penchant for explaining a bunch of scientific nonsense that no one really needs to know. It’s a playful look back at arguably the most enjoyable Phase Two movie, and no, I’m not forgetting about “Guardians Of The Galaxy.” Watch below.
