Filmmaking duo Sylvia and Jen Soska (“American Mary,” “Dead Hooker in a Trunk” and “See No Evil 2”) will be directing a remake of “Rabid.” Cronenberg’s fourth feature follows a woman (played by porn star Marilyn Chambers in the original) who survives a motorcycle crash, and receives life-saving skin grafts, only to develop a phallic stinger that feeds on blood, turning its victims into zombies.
