Watch: Video For Rihanna's "Needed Me" Directed By Harmony Korine

With Harmony Korine still figuring out what movie he’s going to make next, he’s got some time on his hands, but he’s making sure he’s keeping his skills honed. And he’s doing so with one of the biggest pop stars on the planet.

Today sees Rihanna launch the video for “Needed Me” from her latest album “ANTI,” with the artist noting she chose the date “just because it’s 420.” Ha. The director puts his touch on the sexy, mid-tempo jam with this distinctive brand of imagery. He doesn’t helm music videos often, but you can’t really say no to Rihanna, and the video adds to his roster which includes clips for Sonic Youth, Cat Power, and Will Oldham.
